Privacy Policy

The short version: NDTZ never stores the content of your messages, never sells or shares data, and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind.

1. Data we store

  • Discord IDs (user, server, channel, role IDs) — needed for every feature.
  • Leveling data: per-server XP, level, message count and last-activity timestamp.
  • Server configuration: language, feature settings, log channel, command permissions, level rewards.
  • Feature content you create: reminder texts, poll questions/votes, giveaway entries, custom command definitions.
  • Change history — only while the Logs module is enabled on a server. See section 5.
  • We do NOT store message content. Messages are only counted for XP; their text is never saved.

2. Web panel data

Logging in with Discord (OAuth2) gives the panel your username, avatar, user ID and server list. This is kept in memory only for your session and disappears at logout or bot restart. The panel uses a single httpOnly session cookie — no analytics, no tracking, no ads.

The panel loads no external fonts, scripts or images. Everything it needs is served from this domain, so simply opening it does not contact any third party.

3. Where data lives & third parties

  • Data is stored in MongoDB Atlas (cloud database, EU region where available).
  • Meme/GIF commands fetch content from public APIs (meme-api.com, Klipy). No personal data is sent to them.
  • Avatars and server icons shown in the panel are loaded from Discord's own CDN.
  • Data is never sold or shared with anyone else.

4. Public leaderboard

A server can publish its XP ranking at a public link. This is off by default and can only be switched on by someone with the Manage Server permission. While it is on, the page shows the top members' Discord display names, avatars, levels, XP and message counts to anyone who has the link. Switching it off makes the page unavailable again immediately.

5. Change history & retention

When a server enables the Logs module, configuration changes and bot actions are recorded so they can be reviewed in the panel. Each entry holds who made the change, what changed (old and new value) and when.

  • Entries are deleted automatically 30 days after they are recorded.
  • Nothing is recorded at all while the Logs module is off.
  • Message content is never part of these entries.

6. Retention & deletion

  • Removing the bot from a server stops all collection for that server.
  • Reminders/polls/giveaways are deleted when completed.
  • You may request deletion of your data (or a whole server's data) at any time: admin@andutzu.xyz — see the contact page.

7. Age

The Service follows Discord's minimum age requirements. NSFW features are off by default and limited to age-restricted (18+) channels.

Pe scurt: NDTZ nu stochează niciodată conținutul mesajelor tale, nu vinde și nu împarte datele cu nimeni și nu rulează analytics sau tracking de niciun fel.

1. Ce date stocăm

  • ID-uri Discord (utilizator, server, canal, rol) — necesare pentru toate funcțiile.
  • Date de nivel: XP pe server, nivel, număr de mesaje și data ultimei activități.
  • Configurația serverului: limbă, setările funcțiilor, canal de loguri, permisiuni de comenzi, recompense de nivel.
  • Conținut creat de tine: texte de memento, întrebări/voturi de sondaj, participări la giveaway, comenzi personalizate.
  • Istoricul modificărilor — doar cât timp modulul Loguri este activ pe server. Vezi secțiunea 5.
  • NU stocăm conținutul mesajelor. Mesajele sunt doar numărate pentru XP; textul lor nu este salvat niciodată.

2. Datele panoului web

Autentificarea cu Discord (OAuth2) oferă panoului numele, avatarul, ID-ul și lista ta de servere. Acestea sunt ținute doar în memorie pe durata sesiunii și dispar la delogare sau la repornirea botului. Panoul folosește un singur cookie de sesiune httpOnly — fără analytics, fără tracking, fără reclame.

Panoul nu încarcă fonturi, scripturi sau imagini externe. Tot ce îi trebuie este servit de pe acest domeniu, deci simpla deschidere a paginii nu contactează niciun terț.

3. Unde stau datele & terți

  • Datele sunt stocate în MongoDB Atlas (bază de date cloud).
  • Comenzile de meme/GIF aduc conținut din API-uri publice (meme-api.com, Klipy). Nu le trimitem date personale.
  • Avatarele și iconițele de server afișate în panou sunt încărcate de pe CDN-ul Discord.
  • Datele nu sunt vândute și nu sunt împărtășite cu nimeni.

4. Clasamentul public

Un server își poate publica clasamentul de XP la un link public. Opțiunea este dezactivată implicit și poate fi pornită doar de cineva cu permisiunea „Gestionează serverul”. Cât timp este activă, pagina arată oricui are linkul numele afișat pe Discord, avatarul, nivelul, XP-ul și numărul de mesaje ale membrilor din top. Dezactivarea face pagina indisponibilă imediat.

5. Istoricul modificărilor & păstrare

Când un server activează modulul Loguri, modificările de configurare și acțiunile botului sunt înregistrate ca să poată fi consultate în panou. Fiecare înregistrare conține cine a făcut modificarea, ce s-a schimbat (valoarea veche și cea nouă) și când.

  • Înregistrările se șterg automat după 30 de zile.
  • Cât timp modulul Loguri este oprit, nu se înregistrează absolut nimic.
  • Conținutul mesajelor nu face niciodată parte din aceste înregistrări.

6. Păstrare & ștergere

  • Eliminarea botului de pe un server oprește orice colectare pentru acel server.
  • Memento-urile/sondajele/giveaway-urile sunt șterse după finalizare.
  • Poți cere ștergerea datelor tale (sau ale unui întreg server) oricând: admin@andutzu.xyz — vezi pagina de contact.

7. Vârstă

Serviciul respectă cerințele de vârstă minimă ale Discord. Funcțiile NSFW sunt implicit oprite și limitate la canale 18+ (age-restricted).
